Billy Torbett was the former proprietor of the Welltrees Inn. (He is also a driving instructor) Prior to taking the pub over he worked for many years as a part time barman at the Carrick Sports Club. One evening his former colleagues at the club went to have a meal at his new place and presented him with this caricature of himself.
