S5 Induction Day
On Monday 4th June the new S5 had an
Induction Day with Mrs Pirie, which was all about team building. We
did different activities to give us an idea of what it is going to
be like in the future. The activities included: finding objects as a
team, using different ideas to build objects then competed with the
other teams to win points, they also made their own group game to
show to the other teams
Senior Prom
The senior prom was held on Tuesday 5th
June, at the Brig O Doon in Alloway, and it was luckily a lovely
sunny day. It was well attended by staff and particularly pupils who
all had a fantastic time. There was a brilliant meal of leek and
potato soup, followed by breast of chicken with orange stuffing and
then fruit meringues, which were all delicious. After the meal the
brilliant band Systrum entertained us all with some of the S5 girls
even giving us a tune on the karaoke. As you can see from the
pictures every one had a fantastic time and a big thank you must go
to every one who helped to organise it particularly KirstyWilson,
Sam Fleming, Linzi Scobie and Amy McCrindle.
