This
guide has been prepared in the hope that it gives a comprehensive picture of the
amenities of one area of the Carrick District and has been produced through
co-operation between Maybole Burgh and Maybole District Council, being the
authorities responsible, for the provision of amenity etc., services in the area
and in the hope that this spirit of co-operation will communicate itself to
those who visit the area and so give birth to understanding and appreciation
concerning that, which every area can give to another, and in this way, that
which is of value, can be shared by all.
