i) A flat-rate research charge is levied for historical enquiries which take longer than fifteen minutes to complete.

ii) The extant burgh and parish records for Maybole are currently being re-listed and arranged. A summary list will be available upon completion of this particular project.

iii) Holdings include the kirk session records for Maybole Old, 1777-1929 (CH2/261) and Maybole West, 1863-1933 (CH2/813), as well as Maybole Free Church, 1843-1949 (CH3/869) and Maybole United Presbyterian Church, 1915-1976 (CH3/1024).
