Churchyard #4. William McWHINNIE (son of Margaret RAMSAY) was born about 1782. He died on October 1, 1849. He was a Farmer, Fisherton. He was buried in Kirkbride Churchyard #4.

Isabella GRAY and William McWHINNIE had the
following children: 2 i. William McWHINNIE was born on July
15, 1805 in Parish of Maybole, Ayrshire.1 3 ii. Hugh McWHINNIE was born on March 17,
1807 in Parish of Maybole, Ayrshire. 2 4 iii. Isabella McWHINNIE was born on February 23, 1809 in Parish of
Maybole, Ayrshire.3 She died
on December 18, 1818. She was buried in
Kirkbride Churchyard #4. 5 iv. Agnes(s) McWHINNIE was born 1/21 MAY
1811 in Parish of Maybole, Ayrshire. 4 In common with brother Hugh, there appear to be two entries for
the birth of Agnes in the Old Parish
Register howevr in Agnes's case the dates are twenty days apart and the
mother's surname spelt differently (quite common). 6 v. Mary McWHINNIE was born on February
14, 1815 in Parish of Maybole, Ayrshire. 5
