26, Kirkland St. My gt.gt. grandparents Alexander & Margaret [COWAN] BAIRD were living there according to the 1871 Census. (It was their son Henry who married Eliza Jane RANKINE in 1878.) Alexander was born in Craigie in 1814 & Margaret COWAN was born in Coylton in 1815. I've been unable to trace their burials. |
