Maybole Pipe Band certainly gets around at Hogmanay They always bring in the New Year at Carrick Sports Club but earlier they had played in Ayr, Alloway, the Maybole Arms and in the Town Hall where our photographer caught up with them. They played at a ceilidh in aid of the Ayrshire Hospice and Ayrshire Cancer Support. Eddie Glass, caretaker, was presented with a lump of coal by Agnes Jackson.
