The 2011 Gala Quiz was won by 1066 – members of the Hastings family - father and son Alistair and Adam Hastings, and David Hastings who had successfully defended the title they won last year.

Runners up were Megs & Co – Margaret Davidson, Margaret Kiltie and David Kiltie

The quiz was held in the Maybole Arms and Community Association would like to thank owner Callum McKelvie for the use of his premises and for being quiz master.

The prizes were presented by Alex Kelly, chair of the Association.
