This monument to Jane McLeod was erected by her husband John McKie and is located in Kirkbride Cemetery. The inscription reads -

Erected by JOHN McKIE in remembrance of his wife JANE McLEOD who died at Drumshang Cottage 31st May 1888 aged 62. The above JOHN McKIE died 6th November 1909 in his 84th year. Also ALEXANDER MUNRO who died at Dunure 20th February 1910 aged 67. (Click on the image for a larger view or here form a brief family history.
