THE WORK WAS WELL WORTH IT.
What another grand effort from Maybole's smallest school, with £1,070
raised at a sale of work on Friday. St.
Cuthbert's Primary Parents' Association organised the event, but
the whole school rallied round to run it. |

month for the club, members walking into Currour Bothy in the Lairig
Gru from Colyumbridge, where they met fellow walkers in the bothy and

The bells are ringing again.
TOWN
Hall bells are pealing again - on the hour - in Maybole. Problems
with a new electronic trigger device meant they didn't usher in the year
2000. But technically speaking the new millennium doesn't begin till
January 1, 2001, so there's another chance! |

GARDEN project in Maybole is well underway, with new pathways laid, new
seats installed, a rockery and shrubbery developed and walls rebuilt. |
